Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Juarez south Campus to support customers, handle inquiries, and drive service excellence across the order lifecycle. Reporting to the Director Materials, you will maintain ERP data, track KPIs, prepare reports on demand, manage customer portals, and collaborate with sales, logistics and manufacturing in a fast-paced, English‑speaking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting automotive customers.
• Knowledge of customer portals and order management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Advanced conversational English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers and handle inquiries to provide high-quality service.
