Lennox International is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Specialist in Saltillo to assist the Mountain and Mid-West District Sales Team. You will support quotes, bids, orders, and follow-through to deliver a strong customer experience and drive business across regions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer focus, and collaboration with Commercial Territory Managers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year in sales support, customer service, operations, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Solid knowledge of sales principles, customer engagement, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage daily customer quotations with high accuracy and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with house accounts to support plan-and-spec opportunities and move bids through the process.
• Enter and maintain orders and assist delivery to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Own and maintain the weekly bid schedule to keep the team on deadline.
• Prioritize projects and clearly communicate bid timelines with Commercial Territory Managers.
• Manage quote follow-up activities, weekly open quote reporting, CRM updates, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with credit and collection activities across teams to resolve issues.
• Help manage the order credit approval process to minimize delays and past-due orders.
• Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides.
• Coordinate quotes and orders within guidelines while supporting strong district execution.
