Job summary

OEC Group is seeking an entry-level accounting/administrative professional in Guadalajara. Responsibilities include posting payments, bank deposits, and managing accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, about one year of clerical experience, and advanced English proficiency to communicate with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, administration or equivalent.
• Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.
• Advanced English level is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily deposits of various types of payments (checks, ACH, wire, cash, credit card).
• Post entries and process them into the bank account.
• Manage Accounts Receivables by customers/CLDRs/Affiliates and collect payments.
• Email invoices as requested by customers.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Files payment details.
• Research and process customer disputes.
• Research charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
• Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up.
