OEC Group in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily cash postings, posting to ledgers, and AR collections. The role requires accurate invoice processing, email invoicing, and bank reconciliations within a fast-paced logistics office.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar, around one year of admin experience, and advanced English. Office proficiency and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, administration or equivalent.
• Around one year of administrative/clerical experience.
• Advanced English required.

Aufgaben

• Prepares daily deposits of various types of payments such as checks, ACH, wire payments, cash, credit card, etc.
• Responsible for posting entries and processing them into bank account.
• Manages Accounts Receivables by customers/CLDRs/Affiliates and collects payments.
• Emails invoices as requested by customers.
• Bank reconciliation and filing payment details.
• Researches and processes customer disputes and charge backs.
