Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking an Associate Account Executive based in Mexico City. You will represent FedEx to current and potential customers, driving sales targets through face-to-face interactions and a structured sales process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, English proficiency (600 TOEIC), and at least two years in sales. Travel is required and commissions may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent.
• TOEIC 600 points in English required.

Responsibilities

• Sell FedEx products to existing customers in a defined territory to generate incremental revenue.
• Prospect new customers within the geographic area using sales tactics.
• Develop and implement lead generation to ensure quality opportunities.
• Create a sales plan and schedule to meet required activities and targets.
• Maintain a territory intelligence system with accounts, market, and competitive data.
• Coordinate with station staff to resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up.
• Prepare and submit all sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
