FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Mexico is seeking a Retail Service Agent. This full-time role involves front-line customer service, data entry, and coordination of branch operations, including handling packages and assisting customers with shipments.

You will advise customers on FedEx products, trace packages, and ensure proper labeling and documentation. Strong English skills and a background in cash handling are required.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years of customer service experience focused on sales.
• Knowledge of cash handling.
• Experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and offer FedEx products and services to customers to meet sales objectives.
• Perform over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx services.
• Check packages for proper labeling, weight, and required documentation.
• Support branch profitability through budget and resource optimization.
• Open/close the branch and maintain a clean work area.
• Develop new customer opportunities and submit sales leads.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience with appropriate solutions.
• Follow commercial and administrative processes and safeguard company values.
