FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Retail Service Agent for a full-time on-site role in Mexico. You will advise customers on FedEx services, handle in-person and phone inquiries, and support branch operations.

You will also trace shipments, ensure proper labeling, and assist with documentation while contributing to sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years of customer service experience focused on sales.
• Knowledge in cash management and handling.
• FedEx SCS Warehouse experience with key customers is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Advise and offer FedEx products and services to customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Perform over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties with direct customer interface.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Check packages for proper labeling, weight, size, and required customs documentation.
• Support branch profitability by assisting in budget and resource optimization.
• Open and close the branch and maintain a clean, organized work area.
