A leading legal services firm in Milan is seeking a Legal Counsel Contracts Specialist. The successful candidate will have expertise in drafting and negotiating various contracts, including IT agreements. This position requires fluent Italian and English, strong planning skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to transition from private practice to in-house.

Our client is market leader in the development of IT outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, with 400 million euros in turnover, over 150 customers and 2,600 employees.
The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.
You should have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiatinggeneral commercial contracts, ideallyIT agreements, outsourcing agreements, software license agreements and contracts, IT licenses, global franchise, distribution, agency and concession agreements, procurement contracts and privacy as well.
You will report directly to the head of the legal. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile.
You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer in private practise that is interested to move in house as the client would prefer someone coming from a leading law firm.
