Job description

Dale Carnegie Italia, facente parte del gruppo Allcore Spa, è alla ricerca di un Sales Specialist, che opererà totalmente da remoto, in collaborazione a p.iva. La risorsa percepirà un compenso fisso+variabile.

Cerchiamo persone che siano dotate di spirito di iniziativa, curiose e determinate nel diventare un vero Professionista della Vendita.

Principali attività da svolgere:

  • Contatto ed erogazione di appuntamenti con lead inbound (non cold calling)
  • Supporto alle attività di sviluppo commerciale attraverso la gestione telefonica del cliente, al fine di contribuire al processo di generazione delle opportunità di vendita
  • Seguire e fidelizzare il cliente attraverso un attento e costante monitoraggio della customer satisfaction e la valutazione degli esiti formativi
  • Ambizione e orientamento allo sviluppo di carriera
  • Ottime doti relazionali e capacità comunicative, analitiche ed organizzative
  • Dinamismo, proattività, empatia e flessibilità
  • Precedente esperienza nella vendita di servizi
  • Laurea o titolo di studio equipollente

  • Facilità di contatto telefonico e nell’utilizzo dei Social Media
  • Conoscenza dei processi e delle dinamiche di vendita
  • Forte ambizione ed orientamento al risultato
  • Capacità di networking relazionale
  • Gestione delle priorità assegnate e rispetto delle deadline
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di squadra

Ulteriori requisiti: buona conoscenza dell'inglese, padronanza con gli strumenti di Microsoft Office, Google Suite e CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce), capacità organizzative, gestionali, analitiche e soprattutto grande voglia di imparare

  • Collaborazione a p.iva full time (8 ore)
  • Bonus variabile commisurato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi personali (15% sull’incassato venduto da lui)
  • Partecipazione e frequenza ai corsi Dale Carnegie Training
