Job Description

Oversee Financial Operations : Lead all accounting, accounts payable, and statutory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.

Manage Finance Team : Supervise a small team, support group-level planning activities, and act as a key business partner to the manufacturing site leadership.

Reporting and Compliance : Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Italian GAAP. Act as the finance business partner to the manufacturing site head, providing regular and consistent reporting on actuals vs. plan, including variance analysis and identification of key business drivers.

Cash Flow Management : Support treasury, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany reconciliations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.

Qualifications : CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is required.

Experience : Minimum 10 / 15 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Knowledge : Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP, including tax and statutory reporting.

Language Skills : Fluent in Italian and English.

Software Proficiency : SAP, Oracle are advantageous.
