About your role: Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role focuses on serving the Italian client base and developing the Italian business. Responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to long-term growth with the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team
  2. Being a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality documentation, presentation, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize business wins
  3. Understanding wholesale client needs and providing value-added solutions
  4. Expanding the Italian market
  5. Developing client networks
  6. Organizing marketing initiatives and developing solutions

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably with wholesale clients in Italy
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry, especially cross-border players in the Italian market
  • High energy and dynamism
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills
  • Experience presenting to large external audiences
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • International experience or overseas studies/work experience is a plus
