About your role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role focuses on the Italian client base and developing the Italian business.
  • Contribute with the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team to secure long-term growth.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality documentation, presentation of the firm, timeliness, and proximity to clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deeply understand the needs of wholesale clients and provide value-added solutions.
  • Contribute to expanding the Italian market.
  • Develop client networks.
  • Participate in developing solutions and organizing new marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing activities, preferably with wholesale clients in Italy.
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry, especially regarding cross-border players in the Italian market.
  • High energy and dynamism.
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills.
  • Experience presenting to large external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • International experience or overseas studies/work experience is a plus.
