• Organize and conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses.
• Analyze and evaluate the services and sales strategies of our competitors.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Completed training or studies in business administration.
• Many years of experience in after-sales service in an international environment.
• Experience in customer management.
• High level of independent initiative.
• Customer orientation and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent English and Italian language skills.
