About your role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role will focus on the coverage of the Italian client base and on the development of the Italian business.
  • Contributing, together with the Head of Wholesale and the entire Italian team, to secure long-term growth.
  • Acting as a trustworthy partner for clients and being responsible for the quality of documentation, presentation of the firm, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize chances of winning business.
  • Having a deep understanding of the needs of wholesale clients and able to come back with value-added solutions.
  • Contributing to the expansion of the Italian market.
  • Developing clients’ networks.
  • Playing an active role in the development of solutions and organization of new marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing activities (preferably with wholesale clients) in Italy.
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry, focusing on cross-border players with a presence in the Italian market.
  • High energy and dynamism.
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills.
  • Experience in giving presentations to large external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience in an international environment or overseas studies/work experience is a plus.
