A global leader in home appliances is seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market, based in beautiful Lisbon. The role involves supporting customers through various communication channels, assisting with troubleshooting, and staying informed on new products. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and possess strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and a relocation package.

1000 €/month base (14 months)

100 € performance bonus (12 months)

2000 € welcome bonus

• Must be fluent in Italian and have good English skills.

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
