On behalf of a fast-growing international e-commerce company, PeoItaly is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations at the client’s Italian logistics site in Premariacco.

Our client is a dynamic e-commerce company offering a broad and expanding range of products in the home, household, leisure, and hobby sectors. With continuous growth across European markets, the company is strengthening its logistics infrastructure and seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations independently, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service levels
• Lead and plan workforce deployment, including internal staff and external service providers
• Ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and timely order picking and dispatch
• Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes and workflows
• Oversee local invoicing related to temporary labor and external logistics services
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for warehouse space optimization and performance improvements

Requirements

• Several years of experience in warehouse / logistics operations or vocational training in a related technical or commercial field
• Proficiency with inventory management and / or warehouse / transport systems (SAP, OPUS and etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Valid forklift license will be considered as plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• capable of working independently
• Fluent in Italian, with a very good command of English and / or German (written and spoken)
• High level of reliability, precision, and resilience
