About the role
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented VILLA ATTENDANT to join our team and maintain our 8-unit premium mini-villa complex in Pererenan (near Canggu).
This is a full-time or part-time, stable position with a friendly expat + local team, international guests, professional management, and clear training provided.
This role requires more than cleaning. It is a full VILLA ATTENDANT position focused on Guest happiness, villa readiness, and consistent quality.
Weekly team bonuses (operations are smooth and no issues occur)

Daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces
Linen changing & laundry coordination
Refill amenities & supplies
Inventory management of amenities
Occasional help with online grocery orders and simple cooking when needed
Quality control of:
Technicians’ work
Cleanliness and presentation
Reporting in the dedicated app (photos, missing items, issues)
Following structured checklists & company standards
Working with the supervisor and team to maintain consistency
Make Guests happy through any home-related needs.

Minimum 2 years villa or hotel Villa Attendant experience
English skills minimum 6/10 (easy conversation)
Ability to work hard to make Guests happy
High attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable using dedicated app for reports (iOS or Android)
Positive, energetic attitude and teamwork mindset
Enjoys structured, organized work with clear systems
You often come late or miss shifts for any reason
