Valet Driver / Bell Attendant – Jumeirah Capri Palace

An opportunity has arisen for a Valet Driver / Bell Attendant to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during valet and transportation services.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their vehicle and offering personalized assistance throughout the process.
  • Open car doors for guests arriving or departing from the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile to ensure a pleasant and memorable first impression.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley support when needed, and ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards at all times, including holding a valid UAE driver’s license, properly using communication devices, and representing the Jumeirah brand with professionalism.
  • Report any incidents, vehicle damage, or delays immediately to the Team Leader, maintaining clear communication and adherence to operational schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional personal appearance, following strict hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Safeguard company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management in support of service excellence and operational needs.
