What will you do?

Contract, Bid and Proposal Management. Analyze complex RFQs (Request For Quotation), and lead the tender preparation process to prepare accurate costing using established process and tools.

• Manage the entire bid process, including the development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee the internal approval process;
• Coordinate internal communication and follow‑ups to ensure that all offers are complete on schedule;
• Maintain reliable and efficient communication with key stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary;
• Engage in discussions with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather detailed requirements and develop competitive and client‑satisfying architectures;
• Present the added value of offers, from both technical and economic perspectives to customers;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from the tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.

Qualifications

• University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Demonstrate a clear customer‑oriented vision;
• Offer and Application knowledge;
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven;
• Results oriented, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills;
• Influence and convince skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Project risk assessment expertise;
• Finance Literacy;
• Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory.
