Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Manager for Secure Power in Turbigo, Italy to manage contract and proposal processes, analyze RFQs, and prepare accurate costing. The candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful bids and develop client-satisfying solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Tender Manager for Secure Power to lead contract, bid, and proposal management, analyze RFQs, and prepare accurate costing using established processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bid process, including development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee internal approval.
• Coordinate internal communication and follow‑ups to ensure offers are complete on schedule.
• Maintain reliable communication with key stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
• Engage with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather requirements, and develop competitive, client‑satisfying architectures.
• Present added value of offers from technical and economic perspectives to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.

Qualifications

• University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Clear customer‑oriented vision.
• Knowledge of Offer and Application.
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team‑oriented and results‑driven.
