Technical Sales Distribution (Part-time 35hrs weekly) – Italy & Balkans
Part‑time position, 35 hours weekly. Location: Italy & Balkans.
Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us. In this role you will:
- Train distributors, installers, and EPCs monthly on product solutions, installation, commissioning, and FAQs.
- Escalate product sales blocks to local sales teams and the EU technical team in a timely manner and communicate solutions to customers.
- Visit key distributors, installers, and EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks and new requests for the portfolio, ensuring clear purchase volumes.
- Study and report on local market size changes for each portfolio sector and local competitor portfolios monthly.
- Analyze local grid standards, renewable energy laws, white‑label opportunities, and third‑party EMS or battery compatibility possibilities.
- Check the sales forecast with the local sales team monthly, ensuring portfolio accuracy and reasonable forecast for each product.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, or a similar background.
- Or a higher education qualification or business‑related studies with technical counterparts.
- Approx. 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed.
- Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1.
- Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry.
- Attention to detail; able to dive into details and connect them to the big picture of delivering an exceptional, brand‑aligned experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
