TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist with expertise in Veeam solutions to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy. You will act as the technical expert for backup, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions, helping partners design architectures and deliver demonstrations while collaborating with Veeam and internal teams.

The role involves designing and validating solutions, delivering workshops and PoCs, and supporting partners

About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist with expertise in Veeam solutions to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy.

In this customer-facing role, you will act as the technical expert for backup, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions. You will help partners design the right architectures, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and enable successful solution adoption while working closely with Veeam and internal sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical pre-sales support for the Veeam portfolio.
• Design and validate backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from technical discovery to solution positioning.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, and Veeam to develop customer opportunities.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, helping them select the best solution for their business requirements.
• Stay current on Veeam technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
• Support partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Technical Presales, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Preferred knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Data Platform, and modern data protection solutions.
• Experience delivering customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Veeam certifications are highly desirable.
• Fluent Italian and English.
