TD SYNNEX in Italy is seeking a Category Manager to support our Security Vendor portfolio. The role focuses on data-driven vendor operations, product and pricing maintenance in SAP, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to improve product availability.

You will analyze business data, prepare reports, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and vendor partners. Fluency in Italian and English is required; prior experience in category or product management is

About the Role

We are looking for a Category Manager to support our Security Vendor portfolio in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous experience in category management, product support, commercial operations, or sales support who enjoys working with data, SAP, and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for supporting vendor operations, maintaining product and pricing information, monitoring stock availability, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing business insights through reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Some previous experience in Category Management, Product Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with SAP is essential.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience producing and interpreting business reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with data and multiple internal systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of QMT or similar ERP/business systems would be an advantage.
