We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers with a strong background in volume hiring for field sales and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Responsibilities include:

  • Success stories: Demonstrate success in fast-paced, volume hiring across European markets, especially in financial services.
  • Leadership: Guide and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting engagement stages.
  • Innovation: Use multiple sourcing platforms, AI tools, and engage talent proactively, especially in sales roles.
  • Strategic sourcing: Build large talent pools, maintain effective communication, and ensure a positive candidate journey.
  • Creative outreach: Develop engaging messaging tailored to sales and go-to-market communities, especially in Nordics, Italy, and Germany.
  • Ownership: Manage candidate pipelines, track sourcing data via CRM/ATS.
  • Data-driven: Use metrics to improve sourcing strategies and support team development.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers, benchmark talent, and communicate effectively.
