NP Group is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 deskside support for end-user devices, network infrastructure and meeting room technologies. The role covers hardware imaging, device deployments, and coordination with Global IT teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong Windows, Office 365 troubleshooting skills and experience in enterprise environments, with excellent customer service and communication abilities.
