Tata Communications in Milan is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will provide first and second-level technical support to local users and coordinate with IT teams across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software in Microsoft environments, installing laptops and peripherals, managing IT tickets, and assisting with onboarding and meeting room IT.

• Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory to communicate with global colleagues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is preferred.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our office in Milan. The successful candidate will work on-site and will be responsible for providing technical support to local users while coordinating with IT teams across European and global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Microsoft environments
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops and company peripherals Support users at the offices and collaborate with other European offices
• Manage IT tickets and monitor support requests while ensuring appropriate response times Collaborate with international IT teams on operational and project-related activities
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Ensure the proper functioning of workstations and local infrastructure Manage and support meeting rooms, including audio/video systems and videoconferencing tools

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
• Availability to work on-site at the Milan office
• Fluent English is mandatory in order to communicate with global colleagues and teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
• Experience with Active Directory administration
• Basic knowledge of networking and network devices

Base Salary Range: 26,000 - 28,799. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position. Other Compensation: The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus
