Supplier Development Specialist – Fixed Term / Fulltime

Job Description

Reporting to the Supplier Development Manager, you will work closely with brands, the planning and sourcing teams to improve lead time, quality, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service and cost.
• Lead supplier negotiations (move to fast flow, improve performance, penalties).
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers: present logistic requirements and end‑to‑end process, understand their supply chain.
• Track KPIs and analyze impacts.
• Follow up with brands that do not comply with contract agreements and define action plans.
• Ensure the achievement of action plans and penalties.
• Build and animate relevant reporting and conduct ad‑hoc analysis.
• Organize meetings and prepare material for brands and other Veepee teams.
• Lead new projects related to brand supply chain (pallet ID, packaging, etc.).

Must Have Skills

• 3‑5 years experience in supply chain, logistics or sales.
• Strong written and oral interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and collaborative mindset.
• Problem‑solving approach.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
• Fluent in English.
