Hired seeks a Strategic Project Lead (PCB & Embedded Design) to oversee end-to-end hardware development from concept to production. You will coordinate PCB layout, embedded firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners to meet timelines and requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review layouts, analyze signal integrity, and manage supplier relationships. Strong leadership, C/C++ firmware experience, and IPC/UL standards knowledge are essential for delivering

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
7+ years of PCB design and embedded systems development, 3+ years in leadership/management.
Proficiency with PCB tools: Altium, KiCad, Cadence Allegro.
Embedded firmware development in C/C++, debugging with JTAG or logic analyzers.
Familiarity with IPC-2221, IPC-A-610, UL certification processes.

Mansioni

Develop and execute project plans for PCB and embedded system designs.
Lead hardware and firmware engineers and vendors to deliver prototypes within budget.
Manage PCB layout reviews, signal integrity analysis, and component selection.
Establish KPIs for progress, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
Present updates to stakeholders and secure project approvals and resources.
