Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB and Embedded Design, with remote work flexibility. You will oversee end-to-end hardware development, coordinating PCB layout, firmware, mechanics, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality prototypes.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, defining scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with IPC, UL, and manufacturing standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems development, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools and embedded firmware in C/C++.
• Experience with JTAG or logic analyzers for debugging.
• Knowledge of IPC-2221, IPC-A-610, UL certification processes.
