Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB & Embedded Design to oversee end-to-end hardware development from concept to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning PCB layout, firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners to deliver robust prototypes and scalable designs.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to define scope, timelines, and resources, manage risk, and present updates to executive leadership to secure approvals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of PCB design and embedded systems experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools and embedded firmware development in C/C++.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and signal/ power integrity concepts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

• Develop and execute project plans for PCB and embedded system designs aligned with objectives.
