Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB & AI Platforms, with remote work options. You will oversee end-to-end hardware development, coordinating PCB layout, embedded firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners.

Lead teams, manage scope and timelines, and report to executives on progress and risks. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems, strong leadership, and expertise in Altium/KiCad/Cadence Allegro, C/C++, and IPC standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems, 3+ in leadership.
• Proficiency with Altium, KiCad or Cadence Allegro.
• Experience in C/C++ and debugging with JTAG/logic analyzers.
• Familiarity with IPC-2221/IPC-A-610 and UL cert processes.
