Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB & Embedded Design to oversee end-to-end hardware programs from concept to production. This remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing partners to deliver robust prototypes on time and within budget.

You will drive scope, timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation while communicating progress to executives and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems; 3+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency with PCB tools and embedded C/C++ development.
• Knowledge of IPC standards, SI/PI, and manufacturing considerations.
