Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB and AI platforms, remote role overseeing end-to-end hardware development from concept to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including PCB layout, embedded firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners.

You will define scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years PCB design and embedded systems experience.
• 3+ years in leadership/management role.
• Proficient in Altium Designer, KiCad or Cadence Allegro.
• Experience with C/C++ firmware and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of IPC-2221, IPC-A-610, UL certification.
• Understanding of signal/power integrity and thermal design.
• Experience with Git, Confluence, Jira; familiarity with DFM and supply chain.
