• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in account management, client success, or sales in payments/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry, merchant needs, and market trends.
• Proven ability to grow accounts, hit quotas, and manage complex deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
