You will drive growth across Industrial and Municipal sectors, developing go-to-market strategies, expanding channels, and leading new opportunities with cross-functional teams.

Effective collaboration, market insights, and a results-oriented mindset are essential as you travel across Europe to grow revenue and strengthen market presence. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS in Europe across Industrial and Municipal sectors.
• Identify, develop and execute new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions and monitor EU legislation.
• Forecast demand for rental assets and capital sales products.
• Contribute to product strategy, pricing, and new launches for integrated solutions.
• Develop and strengthen distribution channels and indirect sales networks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and regional teams on targets and pricing.
• Maintain the European opportunity funnel with accurate pipeline visibility.
• Generate dashboards and performance analyses to monitor KPIs and improve win rates.
• Post-mortem analysis on lost opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Support regional teams on customer visits and site feasibility studies.
