Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager – WSS Vertical Expansion to grow Europe’s Industrial and Municipal markets, develop GTM strategies, and expand the WSS portfolio across the region.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and regional teams, plus travel across Europe; fluent English and 7+ years in BD within industry are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Proven go-to-market, channel expansion and partner ecosystem experience.
• Fluency in English required.

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS across Europe.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market, channel expansion and vertical growth plans.
• Conduct market analysis of EU legislation, competitors and trends.
