Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive WSS vertical expansion across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal sectors and new market development. You will shape go-to-market strategies, support channel and product-line growth, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth.

You'll lead opportunities, analyze markets and EU regulations, forecast demand for rental assets and capital sales, and build with regional teams through extensive travel across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion within industrial sectors, preferably in industrial wastewater treatment or related applications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, channel expansion initiatives, and partner ecosystem development.
• Fluency in English is required.
