Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager – WSS Vertical Expansion to grow our Europe portfolio across Industrial and Municipal sectors. You will develop go-to-market strategies, support channel and product-line growth, and drive the expansion of the WSS vertical across Europe with emphasis on water and wastewater treatment and pumping applications.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, identify new opportunities, forecast demand, and sustain revenue growth while traveling

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion within industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategies, channel expansion, and partner ecosystem development.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Lead business development initiatives to grow Xylem WSS market presence across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal verticals.
• Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and strategic initiatives to expand revenue and market share.
• Develop and implement go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies tailored to regional needs.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Forecast demand for rental assets and new capital sales products and align with growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and regional teams for targeting, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
• Maintain European opportunity funnel with accurate pipeline visibility and proactive follow-up.
• Generate dashboards and KPI analyses to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Travel extensively across Europe to engage regional teams and customers.
