AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Global Customer Accounts Manager II to oversee major client relationships from our Lainate office in Lombardy, Italy. This on-site role requires strategic engagement with new and existing customers to optimize service delivery and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring extensive freight forwarding experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, account management or sales in the supply chain industry preferred.
• 3-5 years in direct customer-facing roles (sales/account management) preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, lead, and manage key account(s) and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and provide data forecasts.
• Extract and analyze account data and provide forecast to management.
• Deliver MBR and QBR data to meet global sales and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with AES, customs clearance, ITAR, screening of denied parties and dangerous goods regulations.
• Review budgets, pricing, quoting, and improve cost effectiveness.
• Assist global sales with client relations and create solutions to drive additional business.
