• Position Elastic as the preferred cloud-based AI-powered data platform
• Navigate complex sales cycles with MEDDPICC framework and manage multi-stakeholder territory plans
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
• Forecast accurately and align cross-team efforts to close deals confidently
• Proven SaaS subscription sales experience in enterprise accounts with overachievement
• Articulate Open-Source value while promoting commercial features
• Build strategic relationships with developers and senior leadership
