Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Napoli, Italy, to drive net-new revenue and expand within large accounts across the Elastic platform (search, observability, and security). You will position Elastic as the preferred cloud-based AI-powered data platform, collaborating with solutions architects and customer success to close strategic deals.

• Solve complex data challenges beyond transactional selling
• Articulate the value of Open-Source offerings while promoting commercial features
• Identify new use cases and growth opportunities within accounts

• Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with deep discovery and MEDDPICC framework

• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales in enterprise accounts with overachievement
• High-level technical curiosity and ability to articulate technical concepts to executives
• Executive negotiation and closing experience on high-stakes contracts
• Comfort discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization
• Strong relationship-building with both developers and senior leadership
