Elastic Nv is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise Accounts across Italy. You will blend high-level technical curiosity with the grit of a value-based seller to move beyond transactions and solve complex data problems.

Competenze

• Proven SaaS enterprise sales track record with overachievement.
• Ability to articulate Elastic's value in business terms.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or complex sales cycles.
• Strong executive negotiation and closing skills.

Mansioni

• Drive adoption of Elastic AI-powered search and observability solutions in new and existing enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to convert data into actionable insights.
• Position Elastic as the leading cloud-first data platform with cost-aware, usage-based pricing.
• Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
