Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Italy to drive net-new revenue and expand within large accounts, promoting Elastic’s AI-powered data platform. You will craft strategic territory plans, collaborate across functions, and close complex SaaS deals while advocating for open-source with commercial features.

• Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions within new and existing enterprise accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
• Position Elastic through cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures
• Solve complex data challenges beyond transactional selling
• Articulate the value of Open-Source offerings while promoting commercial features
• Identify new use cases and growth opportunities within accounts
• Develop strategic, multi-stakeholder territory plans leveraging ecosystems
• Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with deep discovery and MEDDPICC framework
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
• Forecast accurately and align cross-team efforts to close deals confidently
• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales in enterprise accounts with overachievement
• High-level technical curiosity and ability to articulate technical concepts to executives
• Executive negotiation and closing experience on high-stakes contracts
• Comfort discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization
• Strong relationship-building with both developers and senior leadership
• Mutual deal strategy and accurate CRM forecasting
• Ability to align multiple teams to accelerate deals
