Description

The retail store located at The Rome Temple Site in Italy and supports members of their Church in obtaining gospel resources and sacred clothing.

  • Incumbents provide high quality customer service which routinely requires product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Responds to customer questions regarding curriculum proper fitting of clothing or issues of similar complexity.
  • Incumbents possess cashiering skills coupled with product knowledge acquired on the job.
  • Product knowledge is generally acquired during a brief learning period of approximately one to three months.
  • As new products are added to inventory incumbents are expected to develop understanding of contents and / or properties to adequately serve customers.
  • May provide personal-fitting services to patrons at Beehive Clothing Distribution Centers.
  • May perform some housekeeping duties to ensure the facility equipment and storage areas are in good condition.
Responsibilities
  • Serves patrons by responding to questions finalizing sale of selected products.
  • May assist patrons to ensure proper fit and product usage which may require an understanding of variations in styles fabrics properties and cleaning methods.
  • May respond to questions regarding curriculum ordering procedures or content.
  • Possesses the ability to operate the point-of-sale terminal.
  • Acts to resolve customer problems assuring that the quality customer service techniques are used.
  • May assist with inventory and cycle counts.
  • May serve patrons in Italian and English accommodating differences in international sizing.
  • Assists in the creation of product and inventory displays as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Retail Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Basic Math and Computer skills preferred.
  • Availability to work as scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday including bank holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English.
  • The candidates should be living in the Rome area.
