Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Stewarding Manager in Rome to oversee the efficient, cost-effective Stewarding operation across hotel kitchens and outlets. You will manage inventories, par stocks, and equipment while upholding hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

• Lead day-to-day Stewarding operation across Food & Beverage outlets and kitchens.
• Manage inventories, par stocks, and operating equipment to prevent losses.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to support operations and quality.
• Oversee stewarding associates and external cleaning contractors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and resources to support budgeting and efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop stewarding team to a high-performing level.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, fire and life safety, and brand standards.
