Rosewood Rome seeks an In Room Dining Manager to lead three outlets, align operations with strategy, and deliver strong guest experiences. You will oversee P&L, inventories, and service quality while coaching a diverse team of associates in a luxury hotel setting.

The role demands hospitality expertise, financial acumen, and excellent communication to ensure profitability and memorable guest interactions in a prestigious Rome property.

Competenze

• Hospitality management degree or diploma recommended.
• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and premium spirits.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis experience.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
