Una importante azienda alimentare cerca un tirocinante in Marketing per supportare la strategia dei prodotti per i marchi KitKat, Lion e Smarties. Il candidato ideale è un laureato in Marketing o Economia, con abilità analitiche e esperienza in Excel. Si richiede conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano. Questo stage offre l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente inclusivo e dinamico. Il contratto è full-time per 6 mesi, con inizio il 12 gennaio 2026.

Position Snapshot

  • Undergraduates or Graduates in Marketing, Economics or equivalent

Position Summary

You will support the Marketing team in implementing annual omnichannel product strategy (Retail, eCommerce, Out of Home) for KitKat, Lion, Smarties & Sugars brands, through market data analysis and Innovation & Renovation processes. You will also collaborate with the team in managing PR and Media activities, digital activities on the brands/segment.

A day in the life of…

  • Analysis of sell‑in and sell‑out data: extraction, processing, and interpretation of insights.
  • Assistance in executing consumer and trade promotional initiatives.
  • Support in the execution of the 2026 marketing strategy for brands and main Media, PR, Digital activities.
  • Preparation of the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) omnichannel.
  • Development and implementing KitKat website activities.
  • Management of relationships with internal teams (finance, trade marketing, sales) and external partners (creative agencies).

  • Undergraduates or Graduates in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • Being comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (good knowledge of Excel and Office), with analytical skills in Market Data and Economics KPIs
  • Good knowledge of digital skills, with good communication and relationship skills
  • Passionate about marketing, with a positive and curious attitude
  • Being a team player, with a responsible, proactive and result‑focused approach
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
