Responsibilities include managing customer needs, supporting spare parts orders, and collaborating with purchasing and logistics. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 2-3 years of experience, and knowledge of technical drawing software. Introduction

Kaak Ovens & Proofers is an ever-expanding company, and we are looking for a figure to be included as a Spare Parts Service Engineer, to be included in the After Sales Department team. You will report directly to the Head of After Sales.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure the correct assistance service by considering and managing customer needs.
• Support the customers by providing all the necessary information and assisting them in solving problems to ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage customers relationships by solving possible problems and providing them with correct answers based on information from other business functions.
• Give phone or remote answers to the customer requests for spare parts orders and for any complaints or requests related to an existing order.
• Receive and record customer orders for spare parts.
• Control and monitor orders, provide customers with all the answers related to delivery times and guarantees effectiveness, speed and seriousness in order to improve and optimize customer service.
• Develop orders for spare parts, respecting deliveries, and their quality.
• Identify components (standard and non-standard) through construction drawings.
• Prepare drafts for technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate in synergy with the purchasing department for the procurement of spare parts.
• Inform the purchasing department of the need to supply spare parts in stock.
• Daily organize the collection of goods by freight forwarders in collaboration with the logistics department.

Job requirements

• Technical degree
• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in the industrial field
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent technical knowledge of the company’s products (ovens and proofers)
• Well acquainted with the main technical drawing software (3D drawing : Inventor, 2D drawing : Autocad)
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
