Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pompei for a Spa Manager.

The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring impeccable service and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, monitoring the budget, maintaining spa facilities, and promoting spa services. The Spa Manager will also focus on enhancing the guest experience by implementing best practices in customer service and introducing innovative skin care and wellness treatments.
