Job summary

Veeam Software seeks a Channel Director to lead its South EMEA channel strategy and execution, driving revenue growth through partners and building executive-level relationships across the region.

You will lead a high-performing team, evolve the channel model, and collaborate with major alliances such as Microsoft and AWS to expand the enterprise ecosystem and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior channel leadership roles within IT/software, ideally cloud and data protection.
• Proven success developing and executing channel sales strategies with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong network across resellers, distributors, GSIs/SIs, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South EMEA channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Evolve the channel model from push to pull-push with stronger pipeline and value-based selling.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to meet or exceed goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the central channel sales team to deliver results.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key resellers, distributors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with strategic alliances (e.g., Microsoft, AWS) and global/regional SIs to enhance the ecosystem.
• Engage senior executives in key partner meetings as required.
